The firm maintains a pool of workers of different skill levels in the Engineering and Construction fields. Since its inception in 1979, it has enabled global companies to realize the benefits of hiring Filipino workers by providing a continuous supply of world class quality manpower.

HISTORY

PARMAN which stands for Paranaque Manpower, was initially conceptualized as a non-construction employment agency. Originally a wholly-owned subsidiary of ERECSA INCORPORATED, it took over the entire operations of its parent firm when the owners decided to merge both firms. Organized in March 10, 1979, the company has since then specialized in supplying manpower in construction, engineering and operations/ maintenance projects.

In spite of the economic, and political instability experienced by the company as well as its principals abroad all these years, PARMAN has remained steadfast in its policies and successful in all its endeavors. PARMAN takes pride in the good number of its satisfied clientele in the Middle East, Africa and other parts of the globe. Awarded in 1982 by the Central Bank of the Philippines as one of the country’s top dollar earners, it has also been feted by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration as Top Performer in its category in 1999.
