Familiar with the requirements of USACE EM 385-1-1 or equivalent. Experience in the areas of hazards identification and safety compliance. College Degree in Civil Engineering is preferable. Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office Application. Must have initiative and ability to interface with Government counterpart. Must have excellent communication skill. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain company driver's license. |

| Blaster / Painter | Blaster / Painter | Candidates must have a high school diploma, trade certificate or related work experience with minimum 2 years backround in abrasive blasting and industrial spray painting. | Cuba | Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Jr | 5 years experience as a medium and heavy truck mechanic or construction equipment mechanic. Read, understand and follow technical manuals and written instructions in English. Able to produce work completion reports in English. Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of medium and heavy trucks and construction equipment. To include but not limited to, gas and diesel engines, drive train components, brakes, hydraulic systems and minor electric repairs. |

| Cuba | Plumbers | Experience with PVC, fixture and tub installations, and testing. Productivity: PVC pipe: 20 - 25 LF per day min; water closets/sinks: 3 per day min; bathtubs: 2 per day min. - focus on CPVC and DWV water and drain piping. Cutting into the existing copper piping will require some talent on soldering. They will need experience in layout and overhead support that meets the codes and government standards. We will have some steam piping to do in the last phase of the project so one plumber should have qualifications for that work yet flexible enough to do general plumbing. Testing, insulation, and labeling of the systems will also be required. |
| Cuba | Electricians | need to have experience with distribution panel wiring, fire alarm system rough-ins and control system rough-ins. They should have experience in pulling wires, terminations and labeling. Even though we have subcontractors responsible for system start-up we will need to work with the subcontractor to assist with the testing and troubleshooting. |
