As a labor subcontractor, PARMAN provides the labor component of construction projects. It bids a total amount covering labor cost (salaries and wages including overtime work, food and housing allowance, and other benefits), management fees and mobilization costs including processing and documentation of workers.

As a manpower recruiter, PARMAN selects and screens personnel ensuring their capability and qualification based on client’s needs and specifications. PARMAN’S responsibility ends with the hiring and actual deployment of the personnel.
